i was coming to state that you might as well throw out a steak that ends up in the fridge.

just give it to the dogs. that ribeye isn't going to taste 1/10th as good as it did fresh off the grill.

Not at all. Chop into cubes and make an omelet with it the next day.

Slice thin with some sauteed onions (and peppers) and cheese and make a cheesesteak poboy.
