If he was, he’d have been in jail for it already. Democrats and the media have been after Trump’s tax returns for 9 years now trying to find something they can nail him on. Newsflash - really wealthy people tend to have very good accountants who know how to take advantage of the tax code to minimize tax obligations via legal means. Maybe Congress should overhaul the tax code to simplify it and get rid of some of the loopholes that rich people use to reduce their tax liabilities
