How many showings has it had in the last 2 weeks? Have you gotten any offers?

Probably only 5-6 since we put it on the market, and I think only one of those was by her

If it’s only had 5 or 6 showings since it’s been on the market, it’s likely priced too high. If she didn’t talk you into listing at a lower price when you listed, then you may need a new realtor. If she told you and you didn’t listen, then it’s your own fault.

Your issue now is after being listed this long, people will think something is wrong with the house so you will get less showings unless you make a significant price reduction.

Did she run you comps? If she hasn’t run comps in the last month, get her to run them. Think about your house from a buyer perspective, would you buy your house over others listed by you in same price point?
