According to the video he was approached before getting off the plane. They asked for ID and boarding pass. They said it was regarding the disturbance he caused during the flight. He refused to provide the info and said he was leaving. They then threatened to call the police. He left anyway.
If he hadn't acted the way he did I would be more inclined to believe his story.

According to the video, the supervisor asked for his boarding pass and ID after they got to the top of the ramp
