You’re in the crunch time right now…the initial focus to quit waning and now it’s a slog. This is the hardest time. Your mind will play tricks with you. Tell you one won’t hurt…you’ve done this well right? Am I always going to feel like this? Is this how non smokers always feel? Don’t listen.

Stay strong! I’d say you have about 2 more weeks and it becomes less and less. After a month it’s only brief thoughts that pass and after 3 months you don’t think about it anymore.

Do it brother!

It never goes away completely.
