These are nice, but they have nonexistent customer service. They have an 800 number with a recording saying to send an email and they will get back to you in 3-5 days. It’s been over a year and I’m still waiting. My control panel went out in 6 months

My wife surprised me with this one, and had Home Depot assemble and deliver it. Of course, they jacked it up by crossthreading some screws and didn't put the right side shelf on. I emailed customer service, got a case number, and waited.....to no response. After about 10 days (on the advice of a Facebook group) I sent them a Facebook message. They asked if I had a case number, and I sent it. 2 days later they shipped all the new parts, no questions asked. Try their social media, it's apparently way more responsive than an email.
