No it hasn't. The Maricopa GOP stonewalled everything and now I'm pretty sure the ballots are gone. For 2020 and 2022.
I believe most states are required to retain federal election records for approximately 2 years, all the evidence has been legally destroyed. I think there's a pattern of evidence destruction in the US over the past 25 years.
