I went to my 10th

20th & 25th were at bars, so I didn’t go bc I didn’t want to get a hotel room too and leave the kids over night

I think the concept is somewhat odd, and I don't attend. However, I keep up with the 7 people I actually hung out with. I have a few others on fb. I don't have a desire to see the rest.

My 30th will be in a couple of years. I've never gone to any though. My situation is a little different as I only went to school there JR and SR year.

Same here—switched schools junior year. I barely remember most of my classmates after 25+ years. Not enough time there to bond with lifelong memories.

May has to be the worst time to schedule a reunion--- not only Mothers Day weekend but graduations all over the place. Its like a bunch of jock wrestlers planned this.

I go to all of mine my 40th is next year.
We have our reunions in the fall when there is a town festival going one and have it on a Saturday night. I offered to pay the rent myself for where we have the reunion if they moved it to Friday night because it interferes with my college football but haven't enabled them to change it.

I just went to mine. Lots of drunk bros and grabby divorced broads. I’d give it a solid A. Reconnected with a lot of people I didn’t realize I missed.

Never been to mine, but not as a rule. I kinda wanted to go but had other things going on. Some degree of regret but not much.

Small town so I knew plenty of people at the school before I transferred, but it's not like I came up with most of them through elementary, middle school etc.

I like going, because I like to judge everyone I graduated with in my head.

We have a high school reunion every year, all classes. Turns out great. Had to miss last year, was up in Omaha with the Tigers. Since so many had brothers and sisters attending the same high school, many have two, three or more family members attending.

As for my class, I helped plan it, turned out great, it was during Covid, no one wore a mask, all enjoyed, no one got Covid.

Went to my 10 year one. We had a large senior class of 553 students. At the beginning the class president read off a list of 57 who were killed in DUI accidents. All the hot chicks had swelled up to 225 lbs.

I never went to another one.

We have them every 5 years, over 2 nights. They are pretty well attended, with about 60-80 out of 200. I planned the last one, and always go. Even though I keep in touch with many of the local alumni, there are always a few people at the reunion I've not seen in decades and am happy to reconnect with.

I enjoy going. I have many memories of that time with my classmates and I enjoy spending an evening every 10 years with them. Why not?

Our reunions have always been in bar settings. They rent out the bar for a couple of hours, we meet up and hang out, talk to whomever you want. No stupid activites, announcements, photo booths, etc. Just a group of people meeting at a bar.

My school does the same all class format and its great to see the people my parents, aunts, uncles and even grandparents graduated with.

I look forward to it every year.
