Now he says "probably a strong" tornado just Northwest of Millington, TN right at the radar site

Idk what to say, I'm no fan of NWS Memphis but this has been going on for like 20 minutes+ at this point I can't believe they would miss this for this long if it is as serious as Andy Hill is suggesting. Nothing they are showing on radar is that impressive to me I mean there's some small velocity

EDIT: Hall himself just said this radar presentation is "100% of the time given a tornado warning" and Hill just chimed back in and said the severe thunderstorm warning doesn't even have the "tornado possible tag" and that they will have to send storm surveyors out to these areas to figure this out. He is VERY sure that there are multiple unwarned tornadoes in the area
