I bought an air rifle in January and have been eradicating them. I was killing 2-3 a week and now I'm only shooting 1 every week or two. There are still plenty of them assholes running around my neighborhood but I think they've figured out to stay away from my yard.

Was going to buy an airsoft gun today, it actually kills them?
I got a pellet gun that'll do that but it's as loud as my 17HMR. Didn't realize an air soft gun was a killer.
