So I wonder how many of these guys are also NFL fast or are you just finding 30 jump ball redzone options?

That's all it is. He's saying he can find 30 NBA bodies that can line up at tight end and run short and intermediate routes effectively due to their height. And I believe there's some truth to that.

Aside from that, an NBA player doesn't translate anywhere else on a football field. And the notion that NFL players could play in the NBA is even crazier; they simply lack the skill level.

I don't even think an NBA player would be effective as a WR as they'd be matched up against pure cover guys that can blanket them.

There is a sizeable population that could IF they trained and were given time to do so.

On the flip side, there are almost no NFL players who could play in the NBA.

Like I said earlier, the conversation is about the size of the populations of each that could even theoretically translate. The NBA has a much bigger population that could, which means naturally they would produce more NFL players ultimately.

I'm making up the actual numbers, but I'm just phrasing this in another way with hypothetical set numbers to show the argument in a different way: there are 100 NBA players who meet the physical limitations/athletic ability to play in the NFL. There are 10 NFL players who meet the physical limitations/athletic ability to play in the NBA.
