Feds work slow, they will do 1 of 2 things, 1. They will federally indict those around him who will cut a deal to testify OR 2. They will get enough evidence, a fed grand jury will indict him, they’ll pick him up, take him to arraignment the next day then he’ll try to cut a deal IF there are unindicted co-conspirators
