re: Supreme court might finally allow cities/states to rid their streets of bums!

Cut off their automatic monthly stipends, you know, the ones that are automatically loaded every month.
I would guess some of them would notice they were hungry and might even do some thing legally to earn money.

If minimum wage were abolished, it would make things more interesting for the, ahem, entry level positions.
