Thanks for the recommendation. I called Paco and he is coming by next week to take a look.

I am fortunate. We have a decent sloped grade from back to front of the lot and my house is slightly elevated on piers. The line continuing under my home can be see in the crawlspace. No leaks or sinkholes there.
