Stop the madness.
You do not NEED to keep up with the Jones or leverage yourself in excessive debt for a brick box surrounded by other slaves to the grind.
Max out your 401ks first and keep building up your other savings so you can move to somewhere in Free America (like just north of you in beautiful WVA) where you can buy land, shoot rifles off the back porch and wear a coonskin cap while rocking on your porch.

I’ll be in Houston for the next 10 years then I’ll be able to live any where I want.
