Not actually a stimulus package.
It's a plan to let Freddie/Fanni buy your home equity loan(s).
They don't want homeowners sitting on a pile of equity.
They want you to cash out and blow it on inflated prices so they -not you- will own your home.

You bought the rhetoric. This isn't a "stimulus", it's another debt scheme. A "home equity line of credit" is nothing more than a fancy term for "we're re-loaning you money".
So it's not buying our way out of debt, it's trying to borrow our way out of debt.

Stimulus packages are a bad idea and always have been but lol at political board posters pretending they make too much to have received any. IF yall didn’t get one it’s because y’all are laborers paid in cash and don’t file taxes

I wish I didn't have to file. Are you so stupid as to think that the government suddenly forgot how to means-test? It's their favorite tool for punishing people who plan ahead and work hard.
