Those people that do bad things regarding children on the internet

Went down a rabbit hole from a link posted in another thread today.
Predator Poachers
Very odd, like watching a train wreck. Every one of those men have the same persona almost. How low can someone get in life to get to that point? Also, many times they are meeting a young child somewhere, how the hell did they expect that child to get to their location? An adult was going to have to drive them. Don't guess I've ever gone down this rabbit hole before, pretty scary stuff. I've personally never known anyone arrested for something like this.
I guess my question is to the OT "therapist" and "psychiatrist", how does this even become possible for someone? Seems you'd have to already be at suicide decision mentally before you got to this kind of behavior.

I don’t care how, or why they got that way, kill them. Kill them all. Kill the in horrific and painful ways that leave their remains mangled. Kill them and hang them by their feet from a tree as a warning to others who would prey upon innocent kids.

Parents fault that bad things happen to kids on the internet.
I know couples with kids who never bought them phones or ipds and they are truly the best kids in the world
I know couples with kids the same age who let their kids do whatever they want on the internet and their kids are ALL fricked up
