In 2020 the Democrats had 6 months to ballot harvest.

In 2021, the way I understand it, GA Legislature shrunk that down to less than 70 days. You have 70 days to request your absentee ballot. Fill it out and mail back in with ID. Your request gets processed. Your absentee ballot is mailed out. You fill it out and mail it back in and your vote is counted.

70 days is a tight window. About as tight as they could make it.

They also made it illegal to mail out ballot applications six months before the election like Raffensperger did in 2020.
