Yep, upper 4* and 5* kids are all getting paid (and were well prior to NIL).
So we just need to allocate the $$ to the right kids that are not only highly talented but have the drive to improve and be the best. Stewart is one of these kids IMO...

We have seen that the money is there ala Bryce. The offensive side of the ball is rolling now we just need to get the defense aligned.
