Oh damn. Look at these dudes not standing in front of the door. They have a little distance and even though shots are fired, everyone lives. It’s almost like they are trained that way. Or common sense. Weird.

Welp, if pointing out that not standing in front of a door or window makes me a LARPer so be it. You win skippy.

That isn't how I noticed.
The great thing about people like you is that if you keep them talking long enough, it always comes out.

The great thing about people like you is, the more you keep them talking, the more their insecurities start to show. Anyways… I have a rule about arguing with retards on Mother’s Day. Have a good one!

If I wanted to flex, I would've said by 10 years old. It probably was a bunch of overzealous crayon eaters. Tide swung us and apparently we encroached on a poorly defined line fishing near Cape Canaveral. One of the passengers with me was 3-5 years into his 35 year law enforcement career in Brevard county, another was someone who had been working for McDonnell Douglas there at the Cape since basically day 1. So yeah, first time guns were pointed at me by law enforcement, MPs in this case, was at nasa, while fishing with a cop and rocket scientist

Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office releases calls, report related to Roger Fortson shooting
quote:
OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. -- WEAR News has obtained documents related to the deputy-involved shooting death of Senior Airman Roger Fortson.
They include the initial call the sheriff's office requesting service to Elan Apartments, where Fortson lived, and the incident report completed at the time of the shooting.
That incident report, which is 30 pages long, is almost entirely redacted.
The report does identify that the deputies responded to Unit 1401, which is Fortson's apartment.
A 911 call was also released.

The person that called 911 told the dispatcher that the apartment where she was hearing the disturbance was indeed Fortson's apartment, 1401.
No, the 911 caller reported hearsay of someone else's complaint. The 911 caller only reported hearing something 2 weeks ago, but she also stated she had no idea from where.

ok I see, I couldn't hear the first part that well. I edited.

It's all good, but the distinction should be made. Officer was told from moment 1 the front office had 4th hand accounts, then the 911 caller reiterated to the officer who showed up she only heard something 2 weeks ago, from somewhere unknown. To this day there's no evidence of a DV victim, so basically it was a noise complaint from a tenant. I'll concede there's an awful lot redacted in the report that could point to there being any legitimacy of the initial call to the front office.

lol @ the cops redacting an entire 30 page document except for the victim’s name and address.

This man's family should sue and get everydime in that police department and the police officer should be arrested for murder.

What an embarrassment to the once honorable POLICE. Inexcusable for such an unforgivable mistake. Furthermore, it'll be a race issue when it really isn't. Sad state of affairs all around.
