I would argue going to the wrong apartment is definitely a 4th amendment issue, police just don't get to stop and/or harass random individuals. You're right on my warrant comment though.

I would to, the problem I have is so far I have only seen Crump say it was the wrong apartment Have the police confirmed?

What if he was having an argument on his facetime call and the neighbors called it in because they heard him arguing with a woman?

Only throwing out this speculation because of the need to repeat he was alone and was on a facetime call with a female. It would not be the first time a nosy neighbor called the cops over a heated debate on a phone call.

Did you watch the Video? he went to the apartment he was told, Knocked on the door, 3 times, announced himself twice, waited for the guy to answer, He just answered with a gun in his hand.
