He is on anti-depressant/psychotic meds. Over and over, when I hear him talk, he tries to speed up his words before he forgets them. My grandfather started becoming like this when he was on those types of meds.
It's crazy how he can just prolifically "lie" and 81 million people voted for this severe failure. This country is suffering because of this crook and the people behind his actions.

The way that he holds his hands straight while gesturing during slowed slurred speech is something I have seen on Parkinsons D and Alzheimer's.
He is def medicated big time. He is unfit for anything but movie pudding time and reruns of murder she wrote.
