I was looking at some in Lafayette not too long ago. Most are shite holes and you have to pay out the arse to get a decent one with a garage. Might as well just buy a house

My town house in lafayette is the shite. Walking/biking distance from moncus, cajun field, grocery store, parades, festivals, hospitals etc. And much cheaper than a house. Every house on the row has a renter and no one bothers eachother. I'll make all my money back over 15 years of rent.
