They are running out of time. State election laws require names on ballots by a certain date. If they try a bait and switch late in the game they will need to run him/her/it as a write in candidate.

I've been saying this for months now. Don't print the ballots just yet. Biden will NOT be the Dem candidate on NOV05.

I understand what you're saying, but when have the Dems given a damn about the law much less that pesky Constitution?
They won't care what they have to do, they'll shove Newsome and Big Mike on the world and the media will help them make it sound like a legal and viable option because Trump willl destroy democracy if these two clowns don't get in. And yeah, Zero44 will be running the shots from behind the curtain.

State election laws also require that any changes be done via the legislature. Yet several states changed their election laws via the court system in 2020. You must accept we have entered the realm of a post-Constitutional society.
