Congrats, guys! After years of hard work and dedication, Louisiana is finally in the top spot of the worst states in the Nation. Really an accomplishment to finally beat out Mississippi. This shows exactly what our State can achieve when we set our minds to it!

That is a filthy, poorly laid out city with a rampant homeless problem. Plus most of its residents have catholic guilt mixed with liberal sensibilities, which makes for a very interesting self-hating demographic. It’s also cold as frick and the food is truly terrible.
