You’re obviously a contrarian blowhard.
It’s not a hypothetical game and many a service member has been involved in similar circumstances. It’s why veterans courts have been established in jurisdictions across the country.
The main point is the loss of the 2nd Amendment RTBA that “shall not be infringed”.

Meh, I just don't think using the example of John Rambo got in a fight and seriously fricked someone up to the point they were convicted in a court of law and sentenced to prison is a good idea.
