If it was done to reenergize the plant . you take down the transmission lines. Those are easy to put back up. The US uses that strategy. Russia is now destroying the plants themselves ........that takes years to rebuild. He won't use a nuke ....

Ukraine result stays in Ukraine. Russia takes over, versus a negotiated peace with half of the country wanting to be Russian getting their wish.

Russia can fund their victory ....right. The US needs to get out of that.
