What really gets me about that whole situation (and I’m not a huge believer in Jake) is that they said that and then proceeded to never play him as an everyday guy. I thought ,OK let’s see if he sinks or swims playing in every game at least for the first few weeks…then they rarely play him more than two games in a row.

At least Pedro Leon appears finally ready to reach the majors. He and Loperfido will end up handling CF. Jake will get sent down and then traded.
