When you prosecute the pro hamas protesters, you are not doing it because of their speech.

You are not doing it because the protested.

You are not even doing it because they are supported terrorists.

When you prosecute pro hamas protesters you are doing it because they were trespassing.

You do it because they were assaulting or harassing other people.

Or because they were destroying things.

Or because you they were breaking and entering.

Or because they were blocking traffic.

Or because they were blocking pedestrians right to walk.

Or for any number of other violations even as pretty as littering. Those zones are trashed after they move in.
