re: was I supposed to start the lunch thread with a prayer

I used to work with a crew of men led by an older cajun fellow. When we knocked off for lunch he insisted on blessing our food with a rather lengthy and sactimonious prayer.

The second he finished he would raise his head and say 'pass the fkn salt'.
