2 and that might be generous

QB same
RB same...intrigued to see if Miller can step up
WR technically worse losing Thomas...need AT Perry or the Rookie to be capable of being a NFL slot guy immediately...
TE same...production has to improve year 2...can't get worse than last year
OL worse losing potentially 3 starters to cap, medical, retirement, whatever...needing at least 1 if not both of Penning and Saldervardi to step up is scary as Frick at the moment
DE better Turner being on an expiring deal is exciting, Young being on a prove it deal, Foskey year 2...there is some upside here
DT worse
LB same but trending to worse as soon as father time beats Demario
CB better...the only luxury position on this team
S worse...
HC same and Dennis burned every bridge with me last season. His post games, his apologizing to the Falcons, all of his bullshite

Our division will be better but will still be bad and we will still be playing "meaningful" regular season games late because of it but that's it

Our cap still will take years to fix and we will be competitive enough to probably still draft outside the top 8-10 picks but not good enough to be late 20s

I haven't been this down on the Saints since post 2013 and pre 2017 draft...that 14-16 run is where we feel like we are now just instead of a 1st ballot HOF QB to build around we have a guy who didn't get hurt, lost his job, and nobody wanted to trade for but we gave them how much guaranteed money to be here now? Between at signing and the restructure?
