Had nothing to do with one knee or even a block. If he gets his glove down another 4-5 inches, he catches it cleanly - no need for a block. He just misjudged it.

I’m not going to call it that necessarily. Balls in the dirt are always scored wild pitches. Kind of like pop flies that hit the ground when the fielder loses it aren’t scored errors
That said, it doesn’t mean we’ve let plenty go by that we shouldn’t have.
