I was in Italy when a big man wearing a colorful shirt and scarf walks in a store while I was talking business with the owner and a salesman. He hugged and kissed the business owner and a salesman on the cheek. He then took a step towards me and then stepped back real quick. Guess from the look on my face he could tell I wasn't having it.
Salesman chuckled and pointed at me and said he's American. The guy stuck out his hand and I shook it.
