Or it’s the trend of championship teams lately. It isn’t just Ole Miss and Miss state. Right before Covid I believe Oregon St did it as well. So like 4 of the last 5 or 6 champions failed to make the postseason the following season. I am not including the Covid season.

Why did you skip 2021? He made the CWS and I believe finished first in the PAC? Why short him like that? Was one of his best seasons coaching.
So outside of Covid year bs he has made the CWS 3 times within the past 7-8 seasons.

Also, to the people melting over LSU being so down after winning it all… what about Florida? They were also in the championship and look at them now. They have a loaded team and only like 1 game up on us with a much worse overall record. If we didn’t blow that game with them they are far worse than we are currently.
And LSU wanted to hire him.
