Everyone here knows more than woody or any of the coaches.
So fire would and install the Rant as the Athletic Director.
Put all coaches on a contract that goes week to week.

You’re silly, but I am for much, much more strict performance-based contracts. I’m extremely fed up with the snake in the grass sports agents setting these coaches up like gods.

Week to week? All the programs would fall apart. Who would want to coach or play when you could be fired or lose you coach any given day.
