You’re silly, but I am for much, much more strict performance-based contracts. I’m extremely fed up with the snake in the grass sports agents setting these coaches up like gods.

Performance based contracts would have saved LSU from parasitic coaches like Les miles......
With his landing a Mich plane in BR bullshite.
I would have called his bluff and let him leave after having the arrogance of pulling such BS.
We later learned he was stubborn BS artist and a womanizer.

Been saying for years that the sports agents have hurt more than most things. They play the game against everyone. Performance based contracts would solve a lot of problems. You win a World Series you get paid a bunch, you screw up a whole season you get paid 1/3 of that other salary.
