Atlanta was getting offers of trash players and a pick at the deadline for Murray. Here you get 2 picks for Murray and then BI for #1 in a weak draft. Keep in mind that rookie scale at the top is high. So #1 in a draft without true top tier talent has some risk with it. This is a player that will be making $10-$12 million and be on the max salary path.
I agree with your first statement.
Somehow we need to reroute Capella and picks to Cleve for JA.

It could look something like this?
Why does Cleve do this? 22 million in expiring they can use at the Trade Deadline to sure up their roster for another playoff run.
