Our overlords at the CDC say that this years norovirus is incredibly contagious. Trust me Dewey, you don’t want this shite.

My kids had it a few weeks ago and I somehow missed out on their germ-fest. It was like playing duck duck goose with projectile vomiting for 4 days in my house.

Had it in March. It was the worst. Nobody likes puking, but this was especially bad puking.

It should piss you off that you have to deal with the Norovirus and go through that misery because someone didn’t wash up after using the bathroom.

Wife and I got the norovirus in March. Was coming out both ends simultaneously at one point. Felt like I was literally dying.

NOTHING is better than that first big meal after you’re sick.

Did you eat Taco Bell? TD's favorite reason for getting the runs.

I had something in January. I assumed it was either salmonella or e coli. It was awful. Couldn't eat anything for a week and was shitting water 10-15 times a day. Felt like someone was stabbing a knife in my gut and twisting it. Fever and nausea the whole time but only threw up once in the beginning. Was over 2 weeks before I could eat a full meal and had a solid turd. Lost 7-8 lbs that first week.

Eta: pedialyte helped

Start taking activated charcoal the moment you are exposed. You are welcome.

Had it last week. Just got over it yesterday. No puking, just nonstop drizzles and aching. It was miserable. Lasted 1 week for me. That steak last night was delicious. All good now.

My youngest child had it weekend before last. As others said, it was coming out of both ends. She had to stay home from school Friday and Monday, but beat it in that 4 day stretch.

All was well, until last Thursday when my stomach started feeling upset. No vomitting, but I've had the squirts and achy stomach since then. I guess today would be day 5. I feel fine with the exception of the upset stomach, but it's not going away. I eat a little something, then insta-squirt. My belly rumbles and makes noise all day long.

The wife and two other kids are all fine.

"Nothing is better than that first good meal after you're sick."

I suppose it depends on what you consider a meal to be. I carefully eat a few crackers, or maybe a piece of toast, with some Sprite or Seven-Up, and hope I don't puke it up. Once that feat is accomplished, I cautiously move to chicken noodle soup or other similarly bland food for at least one day, maybe two.

Anyway, for me, it is at least 3 days later before I eat what I'd consider a good meal.
