Guaranteed money:
Sewell 85MM
Decker 42.1MM
Ragnow 42MM
Did you need me to add those together for you?

I read it as each player individually from you.

Ticket revenue is only about 15-20 percent of the revenue generated by the NFL. Player contracts are not why your tickets are high, the teams just want to rake you over the coals anyway. Owners aren’t using ticket hikes to cover losses, they are just using that as an excuse to continue do whatever they want on the ticket and then get paid on the flip side by the secondary market apps that continue to frick over the consumer
If all the player labor was free or cut in half tomorrow, they wouldn’t slice prices by any means.
The frick is this drivel?

Since Stafford went to LA, him and Goff have virtually identical numbers. Same amount of wins, Goff slightly higher completion percentage, a couple more TDs, and exact same amount of giveaways. I think Stanford is a top 10 QB when healthy and Goff s almost always healthy and is basically the same level player.

Sewell just signed a 4 year 112 million deal.
Taylor Decker is in the final year of a 5 year 60 million contract.
Frank Ragnow has 3 years and 42.5 million left on his contract.
Willing to bet that for the 4 years of his contract extension, the Lions will pay at least $52.5 million a year on their offensive line, considering most teams have 9-11 offensive linemen on their roster at a given time.

What part confused you?
He responded to a guy who complained about Goff’s new contract because it would make tickets more expensive. The two aren’t tied together. The NFL salary cap is based on the tv rights, it has nothing to do with ticket prices/revenue. That’s local revenue and stays with each team, just like concessions and parking and in stadium merchandise.
