Burn it all down and start over.
Admin troops getting 100% P&T disabled for non-combat “injuries” including pregnancy complications…people who are unaccountable to anyone for poor service, ad nauseam.
I dread dealing with the VA and will use my own private insurance most of the time despite VA being free.

It was all spelled out clear as day in the verbiage of the PACT Act about setting aside a shite ton of money meant for employees, not Veterans. The PACT Act was long overdue for burn pit victims, but of course they used disabled Veterans to kiss up to the Union folks
