A few years ago, I made the part 1, which you can read here.

Thought it would be a good time to review some of my favorite comments since we are approaching six figures for 1 BTC.

It's safe to say, that if WikiTiger is still alive, he is BY FAR the richest person on Tigerdroppings.

June 11, 2011 (Cold Cous Cous) - " This is a genuinely horrible investment. I would place it on par with the Iraqi dinar, and it's going to cause a bunch of wannabe internet currency speculators to lose their hats."

LINK

Since this comment, Bitcoin is up 384,000%

Feb 23, 2013 (LSU Russian) - "Bitcoin is a scam that is doing to hurt a lot of gullible people when it collapses"

LINK

Since this comment, Bitcoin is up 298,600%

August 20, 2015 (Broke) - In response to where WikiTiger has been Broke said "Because gullible people are fricking retarded. He was called out multiple times by ME, Russian, et al on the money board. He predicted a $5,000 value by last year end. He never returned.

WE WERE RIGHT"

LINK

Since Broke was "right" Bitcoin has gone up 38,700%

I'm not making fun of any of the guys above. All of us have been right and wrong along the way here.

It took my redneck arse 100s of hours of studying to understand the future implications of Bitcoin myself.

It's more just a lesson to the rest of us to be open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

Wiki if you are reading this, you've got to come back and give us a life update.

Nah. You can tell by all his messages he was “all in”.

He got it very very early. Years before the rest of us.

If he hasn’t sold it he’s not rich.
If he sold it he probably did it at 1 million dollars instead of 10 million

You have a lot of studying to do. If I own 10 acres of vacant land in the middle of NYC, am I also "not rich" because I haven't sold it yet?

Your thought process on wealth and money is backwards.

Will never forget reading Wiki's posts in my dorm as a freshman at LSU and calling my roommate over to read about it. We both wanted to buy and loved the concept, but back then it was exceptionally hard to purchase (no Coinbase or anything to just jump on and grab some), plus we were freshmen with no money

It was $8 at the time. 8 fricking dollars

Can you rent out bitcoin? Can you build improvements upon it? Can you borrow against its equity?

Anyways if you’ve bought a piece of land you haven’t made any money off it (“gotten rich”) until you’ve done something with it, in this case sold it at a higher value than you bought it, since land improvements aren’t applicable to bitcoin

The free market has placed a value of almost $100,000 and we are at a market cap of 1.6 trillion dollars (more than the market cap of silver).

Yet, you still think it has no value.

Are you a free thinker capable of reevaluating your beliefs?

I didn’t say it has no value. It’s value, as you expressed yourself, is in US dollars

In your own words, "If Wiki has not sold, he is not rich".

So just to be clear, if Wiki tells you he has 1,000 Bitcoin sitting in a cold wallet, in your mind, he is not rich.

Is that accurate?

If he sells it now he is

Is he selling it now? Or did he jump and sell it 2 years ago and become rich, but not as rich? Which no one would blame him for

Or is it still just numbers on a screen sitting there?

Got it. So in your mind, he is not rich until he sells.

Interesting how your mind processes the definition of wealth and money.

What if it drops back down to 50k after hitting the 100k threshold like I’ve even seen you suggest. Is he less rich then than now? Would he not be more rich if he had sold it?

It's the same concept as borrowing against stocks. That's like saying Musk isn't rich because all of his wealth is in stock, but we know that's not the case. He borrows against his stock to cashflow his life. Same can be done with bitcoin.
