Important because some were predicting Ga tech to finish as a top 8 seed. They have dropped 4 in a row.

They are not a good team either. They barely won a game in the month of March

Tennessee lost a home series to Kentucky. We’re not the only ones fighting it right now

I think being swept by top 10 Auburn is a little bit different than being swept by an unranked Miami

they definitely lost their top 8 place this week and Georgia probably did too getting swept.

We’re back in the top 8 for now and top 4 in the SEC. We’re 25-2 at home, just need to win home series against Tennessee and Arkansas and split our away series 3-3 against A&M and USC then we’re going to be golden. We were only the #7 seed in 2023 when we won it all.

Regardless of what Kendall put out this past week, we were already likely 6 in the RPI and 3 in ELO before the weekend. We were already likely a top 8 seed.

They are terrible. They are 5-11 in Q1 and 7-4 in Q2 games.

Maybe because I don’t believe GA Tech was ahead of us regardless of what he said either and theyre certainly not now. Point is we’re not on the bubble of a top 8 seed anymore but need to stay in the top 4 to solidify a top 8 seed and not leave it to chance

Outside of Clemson the ACC is not very good this year. Ga Tech has 2 Q4 losses which is terrible.

is A&M terrible too because they lost some games in March to good teams?

Doesn’t really matter where we are right now tbh. How we do the next 4 weekends will determine our fate. If we win 7 of our last 12 I don’t see any way we’re not a top 8 seed. Us playing A&M, Tennessee, and Arkansas in 9 of those 12 will make that not a given.

A&M lost a bunch of games to not good teams too. They just happened to finally start playing to their potential a few weeks ago.

dude...we got Tenn, Arkansas, and a surging A&M coming up....if we get out of those 3 series with only 3 losses, we will be a top 4 seed. However, if we go 4-5, we will need to sweep SC to get to 19 wins, which will be right on the bubble. That's obviously jmo....However, if we go 5-4 against those teams I think we will be good as long as we win 2/3 against SC.

So Kentucky is a top 4 SEC team now that they beat Tennessee at their place? Are you saying it’s only right to look at the previous weekend to determine strength of team?
