Larson did it vs. La Tech in Ruston. I was there. Furniss had one homer that night.

I was there too. Furniss wasn't the only one who hit one. I think about 7 dudes did. It was a miserable night. The game shouldn't have been played really(there was standing water in the outfield) but it was a huge "home" game for Tech, so they went ahead. Joey Panich started for LSU.
