Hammink, Coleman and he's hoping for Pelle.

You posted in another thread that Pelle only had 2 offers. Where did you see that? As far as I have been able to find he has 6. Just curious.

Damn, you read novels between lines, son.

After reading the recruiting list for 2012
I can see why people are ready to fire Trent.
the list has one 4 star commit.
the rest are uncommitted people who are being recruited locally to themselves, who cant or wont
do high school schoolwork and
a project from western Pennsylvania whose dad played for Duquense in the A-10.
wow. That stinks so bad.
IMO: the Trent LSU list, one actual SEC player and a bunch of guys who wont get 20 on an ACT even if they do choose LSU, which is a crapshoot.
Remember, starting next season, if your team does not have grades, they are not allowed into the NCAA tournament.
Syracuse would not qualify for the NCAA tournament if it were held under were next year's NCAA grade requirements.

WTF are you talking about? You may want to do a little double checking on that.

Posted on 3/18/12 at 8:29 pm to PortCityMadMan
Been off the grid a few days. I know nothing of world events of the last few days. Will try to find something out on Monday.

Not sure if it was a legit date, but someone had posted he was visiting on the 16th and hadn't seen it shot down. But there was no follow up. Am hoping if it is him once he sees how close his mom is and he eats some LA food he remembers home and commits

All-WJCAC
Coleman was named to the 2011-12 All-Western Junior College Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Team, as well as the All-Region team. That's a very prestigious honor, as it is one of the toughest JUCO conferences in the country, featuring top-ranked South Plains.
Coleman is the No. 8 JUCO recruit in the country, according to jucojuntion.com

I knew that Miles Plumlee had committed to Stanford when Trent Johnson was there, but I had forgotten about it. I thought it was an interesting note, considering there have been about 47 Jeremy Lin threads wondering why Trent didn't recruit him:

Mason was the first Plumlee to decide to attend Duke, committing to the Blue Devils during his junior year at Christ School. Miles was planning on going to Stanford at that point, but after coach Trent Johnson left for LSU, Miles changed his mind and decided to join his younger brother.

Unfortunately, Ole Miss got the MVP of that conference.
Posted on 3/19/12 at 6:10 pm to macaoidh
Coleman is the better D1 prospect. Ole Miss will be Henderson's 4th college. He's not a big-time player from video I've seen. More of a run-to-the-corner-for-a-three type player. Not athletic.
You would be beside yourself with grief and anger and ridicule if Trent signed Henderson.

Don't revise history. Trent can't recruit, and he can't identify talent.
According to HammondTiger and many others, who has he developed besides the Lopez twins?
You'll see soon that Ramon Sessions is one of the top 10 point guards in the NBA, and he signed Sessions out of South Carolina. Granted, he didn't develop Sessions, but he signed someone who was totally under the radar who will end up being an impact NBA players.
