Does anyone think the old lady could be the devil or some sort. She seems to have authority over the other ghost, maybe age? and at the end of last weeks episode she said don't make me kill you again, can the others kill?

Thats another big question because they just protected them so either they just want to toy with them or they got a bigger scheme up there sleeve
ETA I also think the real estate agent could definitely be a ghost as well

I've come to the idea that everyone on this show besides the Harmon family & the girl who got scratched across the face could be a ghost. Also, I checked out the message board on imdb.com and one of the posters there made a valid point about the house.

think back to the pilot when Violet was in the bathroom cutting herself and Tate basically opened the door and caught her. Since he's a ghost....he can open whatever door he wants in that house.
