Yes. They're smoked and not cooked quite all the way, so you can put them in the oven or one the grill to reheat without cooking them to death. Or, you can cook them to death if that's your preference. I don't like fall off the bone ribs.

The smoked chicken wings are addicting to me. I'm not a chicken lover, but I do love my wings. Whole wings, though. Ribs, wings and their smoked boudin with a veggie makes a good meal.

I'll be doing this soon. Gotta do it before having to battle the bridge disaster post-3 PM, though.
