I still think your undergrad school should trump all.

Absolutely. Schools you attend should be the favorites, imo, and in the order you went to them. I went to UCF for undergrad, and now LSU for grad school. Those are the only two teams I will ever root for.

I can see pulling for the school that you went to in addition to the school that you grew up rooting for but the fact that you went to a different school than who you pulled for your whole childhood doesn't mean you just stop pulling for your favorite team from your childhood.

I have a friend that went to the University of TX on a full ride. UT is a better ranked school and he didn't get as good of a scholarship to LSU. He pulls for the Longhorns but he is still a huge LSU fan because that is who he grew up rooting for.
When UT played LSU in the CWS, he was in Omaha wearing his LSU gear pulling for the Tigers.

Life happens and sometimes you end up going to school somewhere other than LSU. My little sister is the perfect example. I got in-state tuition at LSU but she couldn't (only reason I was able to go). Should she stop planning her weekends around LSU football?

Hell no.
