I know man I feel like an idiot doing anything that involves intentionally burning calories

Also feel bad when I get done doing T25 and go straight to the kitchen for a raid.

Just doing it with the wife, neither one of us needs it but I guess it wont be bad to shed a little of my skinny-fatness off.

Trying to get lifting again soon, with the new baby its virtually impossibru for me to make it to the gym so I am looking for a bench/barbell for home.

I lost track a few years ago and havent found the drive again.

From '09-'10 I got up to 175 eating 6k cals a day and lifting my arse off. I was also working 6-3.

Went out in the field working 90 hours a week and lost sight of the gym.

Now Im back on 9-5 but have wife, kid and all that other stuff

Yard currently has no grass and I will be tapping into the OB's knowledge for that first. That won't be until end of March though.
