With all that said, it is also the right for the public (and the media) to speculate.

Lets say Bregman keep slumping this weekend, but because he won't talk, the only thing that the Rosetta's and the Guilbeau's can do is write a bunch of Op Ed's that could possibly hurt Bregman even more since he won't be able to have his say.
