Not really drinking beer tonight but there's still some stout left in this keg so my FBD is a Barrel aged RIS homebrew.

No stouts tonight...don't have any in stock at the gfs. Been a long day. Next is my last harvest ale...this is such a fantastic beer.

Its really pretty good. Very sweet but not in a sugary kind of way, if that makes sense. In a bourbon barrel kind of way. Lots of caramel and cream notes

I though it was really good, much better than I'd expect from Abita. I just ran across it and didn't really know much about it. I've got a new stainless steel growler to break in, and it's going to be filled with that or Oak Aged Fireant tomorrow.

I figured someone in this thread could shed some light on it. I think Jackson only got 2 kegs of it.

NBD that I cracked while on the phone with my daddy

Big ol' fat "meh"

Just not a style I enjoy, but it was in the box the lady friend gave me for my birthday. Kinda bready. Very slight hop. Slightly fruity, almost grape like. Whatever. It's an Oktoberfest.
